Shipping methods

BRANCOsobreBRANCO delivers parcels in Europe via CTT and TNT.

BRANCOsobreBRANCO will not be held responsible for delays in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of BRANCOsobreBRANCO. Once orders are sent a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, so please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.

Orders of available items will be processed the following 1-2 working day after order placement, upon confirmation of their availability and check of the bank transaction.

There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays nor on public holidays. 

For orders in Portugal, you can pick-up in our flagship store at Rua de São Paulo n98, 1200-429 Lisboa. Orders of available items will be processed in 24hours.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for each specific geographic area that BRANCOsobreBRANCO ships to are calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. BRANCOsobreBRANCO is not responsible for the payment of these charges and they must be paid by the customer receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, BRANCOsobreBRANCO has no control over these charges and as they vary from country to country, we cannot advise you at checkout what these charges may be. We advise contacting your local customs office before placing an order for a customs estimate so you are not surprised by these charges when your parcel arrives. 

Please note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel or isn't available for receiving the parcel/doesn't pick up the parcel as requested by the courier, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.

This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the pieces that are to be refunded.

BRANCOsobreBRANCO is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during shipping.

Exchange policy

If you need to exchange any item of your order, send us an email at info@contrast.pt mentioning the reason why you wish to exchange it for any other item. Returns and refunds are not accepted.

For orders in Portugal, the item(s) can be exchanged within 14 days from reception of the order. Once our team receives the items we will ship the desired size/style within 14 days. For orders outside of Portugal, the item(s) can be exchanged within 30 days from reception of the order. Once our team receives the items we will ship the new ones within 30 days.

For the item to be eligible to exchange, it must be in good condition, without being worn or washed, and the packaging and the brand tag must be in very good condition.

The exchange must be previously authorised by BRANCOsobreBRANCO. Please e-mail store@brancosobrebranco.com before shipping. Once the exchange is authorised, BRANCOsobreBRANCO team will send you an email explaining the next steps to conclude the exchange process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. BRANCOsobreBRANCO assumes the responsibility of shipping back the new items.

In cases where a product is deemed defective it really helps if you send us a few photos of the damage or any other issues to store@brancosobrebranco.com. Our team will assess your complaint and we we'll either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement. BRANCOsobreBRANCO shall assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange in these cases.
